- To empower a generation of young black girls to become confident, courageous, and unapologetically themselves, equipped to navigate the world with purpose and passion.
- To create a world where they are seen, heard, and valued and have the opportunities and support they need to thrive.
- To develop a community of strong, resilient, and ambitious women who are leaders in their own right, making a positive impact in their communities and beyond.

 

Mission:

- To provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment where young girls can grow, learn, and develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
- To pair young girls with experienced mentors who can offer guidance, support, and valuable insights, helping them navigate life's challenges and achieve their goals.
- To empower young girls with the knowledge, skills, and networks they need to become leaders and change-makers in their communities, and to make a positive impact in the world.
- To foster a sense of community and sisterhood among young black girls, providing a platform for them to connect, share their experiences, and support one another.
